GAY RIGHTS - HOMOSEXUAL AND LESBIAN ISSUES GENERAL COMMENTS It is the firm opinion of GLOBAL ACTION (AUSTRALIA) that the general public are heartily sick and tired of being bombarded with gay and lesbian issues day and night. GAYS and LESBIANS need to realise that the vast mass of population are heterosexual and that they too have rights. For example:                 a.  The right to not have gay and lesbian issues shoved in their faces on prime time television shows.                 b.  The right to have far less public money and resources being spent on gay and lesbian issues                     or matters.                 c. The right not to be ridiculed by the press, television and other media when they express their                     clear opposition to many of the acts homosexuals and lesbians engage in - which to many are                     regarded as filthy, unhealthy, degrading, unnatural and unfruitful.                 d.
