initiate a major overhaul the existing trade practices and
fair
trading legislation and introduce amendments to better protect
consumers
and small business from the effects of excessive profit margins
charged by some large monopolistic commercial business concerns that
dominate: GLOBAL ACTION (AUSTRALIA), as umpire, will vigorously pursue businesses involved in restrictive trade practices or unconscionable conduct to stamp out all such anti competitive or unethical behavior. In line with its "fair go" policy for Australian Consumers GLOBAL ACTION (AUSTRALIA) will seek community support to expose any and all instances of profiteering - regardless of who or what sector of the business community is involved. A simple, fast and cost effect means of exposing all of the above excesses and stamping them out will be in place under GLOBAL ACTION (AUSTRALIA).
